岗位描述
Analyze market data, business trends and operating metrics to aid investment decision-making.
Source qualified targets based on Group's business strategy and investment focus.
Evaluate potential targets for strategic investment, acquisition, joint venture, and business development deals, and make proposals to the management team and to the investment committee.
Structure and execute deals, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Be able to lead teams with high quality.
Monitor performance of portfolios and help solve problems, if any, between the portfolio companies and Group's BU.
岗位要求
Bachelor degree or above and Strong business sense and strategic thinker.
Solid understanding of financial models and the investment models, well connected in the industry.
Leadership potential, positive working attitude and good team working spirit.
Must have at least 5 years of deal experience, with IBD or PE experience preferred, experience in business-related investment priorities, with finance companies for business communication experience preferred.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

对市场投资热点、核心领域的业务/产品/技术/企业模式进行深入研究与分析,深入洞察行业发展趋势、竞争对手策略及运作、用户需求&行为变化趋势,为战略投资团队提供决策支持、建议;
构建行业分析体系,建立和完善行业分析常规信息收集渠道,定期或根据业务发展需求产出行业相关主题的分析报告;
领导或参与公司投并购项目,对投资、并购项目的可行性进行判断和论证,并跟进谈判等事宜的执行.
岗位要求
本科及以上学历,8年以上TMT、零售行业研究相关工作经验,熟悉equity capital market的运作和分析,有国际/国内投行Equity Research 或ECM相关经验者优先.系统全面掌握公司评估、竞争/行业分析Framework,主导过完整的行业研究项目,能够带领团队独立开展研究项目和撰写分析报告;
具有出色的商业分析能力和结构化思维,数据洞察力及敏锐的商业判断;
具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神;正直、责任感强,具有开放的心态和自我驱动意识,对互联网行业抱有极大热情;具备创新经精神,适应能力强,能接受挑战.
